| Jean Honore Fragonard, French, 1732-1806. This drawing is an oval in pencil of Gods with Angels. It is 10"h by 12"w on a board that is 14" by 16" with Jean Honore Fragonard with 1732-1806 written below it in pencil on the board under the drawing. It is framed in an older gold frame and is 20.5 by 22. Honore did many drawing and "cartoons" in preparation for larger paintings and this is no doubt a cartoon which were not signed. His drawings sell for up to $83,000 and he is listed in Benezit as well as in many books from that period. | ||
