| William Baptiste Baird, American, 1847-1899. This small jewel is a lovely example of Baird's work. It is about 11.5 by 15" in an exquisite 19th c Gold leaf frame that is 4" wide. Frame dimensions 19.5" by 24". He painted scenes in the USA and in France. This particular painting has a very "Corot" like feeling but is in Baird's color palette. | ||
