Terms, and Conditions of Sale
All of the items we sell are guaranteed
to be as described and viewed in the item descrption.
A three (3) day inspection
period is granted from the date of delivery (excluding weekends) in which
the purchaser is to examine and accept or reject the item(s).
Kodo Arts must be notified by the
purchaser that the item(s) are not as represented within the three (3)
day inspection period if the purchaser intends to return the item(s) and
rescind the sale.
The purchaser shall be responsible
for all shipping costs, both directions, if the item is returned.
All returned items must be packed
in the same manner as shipped. The item is to be well wrapped, double
boxed, and insured for full value. Any insurance claims disavowed by the
carrier because of improper packing of the returned item will become the
responsibility of the purchaser and the sale will be considered as final.
All items returned must be in the
same condition as received.
Bulk Buying &
Please note that Kodo Arts
is primarily a wholesaler of Japanese Antiques. Large discounts can be
offered should you wish to purchase quantities of antiques of a value
greater than $2000. The larger the value the greater the discount offered.
Discounts can also be offered to regular
buyers of antiques who become Kodo Arts Members. Should you have already
purchased pieces from us before and wish to become a Kodo Arts Member,
please write to email@example.com.
Discounts can not be given to people who
have not bought from us before unless they are bulk buyers.
Paying by International
Postal Money Order
Kodo Arts accepts US
International Postal Money Orders made out in US dollars or Japanese Yen.
If you wish to pay with an International Postal Money Order from a country
other than the US, it must be made out in Japanese Yen.
Canadian International Postal Money Orders
are not cashable in Japan and therefore we can't accept them.
