Just lovely antique Japanese Taisho Period c.1925 bronze flower vase with cranes under a moon in superb raised relief. Hotsuma Katori was born Meiji Period c.1874 and died in 1954. He was a graduate of the prestigious Tokyo Art School in 1891 winning honors as the top student and artist. He won the silver prize In the 1900 Paris World Expo.
