| Antique Edo Period c.1860 Buddhist temple lantern still in mint condition, which itself is rare. Made of a bronze-copper alloy, the leaves on the top and the legs on the bottom are in perfect condition. The body of the lantern is hexogonal with three doors having circles, two panels with flowers and one panel has the kanji characters for the donor and his village. c.1860. (24" 17") (61cm x 43cm).
