Our Conditions of Refund are: Item(s) must be returned to our store in the same condition as they were received; we need to be notified (by Phone or email) within 10 days of receipt of goods of your intent to return them; items must be shipped back to Kouyou Inc. within 30 days of receipt of goods; the client is responsible for shipping charges to return these item(s) to Kouyou Inc. however in most cases I will pay for return postage and insurance on domestic orders.
