Scarce Jackfield match strike with floral decoration.Width 2 3/4", length 3 3/4", height 3". Condition is very good with slight wear to the color of the roses and to the gilding of one side (see images).

I have never seen another Jackfield strike. These are made of red clay and glazed black to cover that red color.Date of this is circa 1840.

From Wm. Ridgways "Beauties of America" series, this platter depicts the U.S. Capitol while under construction. The border is a delicate lace design.

Width is 19" width is 14". Condition is very good with slight use marks and a few small specks.

Clearly marked with the American eagle on the title and Ridgways Royal Warrant blind stamp.

A lovely American Historical Platter!

Chamberlain's Worcester hand decorated porcelain cup and saucer. The quality of the painting is superb as is condition. Diameter of cup is 3", height is 2 1/2", diameter of saucer is 5 1/2" and depth is 1 1/16". The saucer is scalloped slightly. Marked 6455 on the bottom in gold - pattern? A very pretty cup and saucer.

Rare and gorgeous drab ware/drabware candlesticks with classical decorations. These are likely by Ridgway. Height is 10", width at base 4". Condition is excellent with just three small chips to the underside of the stoneware base (see image). Wonderful examples of drab ware candlesticks- the only pair I have ever seen.

Early Coalport dessert service plate with rich imari palette decoration. The whole is hand decorated, the gold is soft and unworn. Diameter is 8.5", width is 9"condition is excellent with some "mellowing" of the porcelain over time (see image) which is not distracting on the front side. An elegant porcelain server from a fine maker.

Ralph Stevenson and Williams, an American importer, had a brief partnership that ended around 1843. This rich cobalt dark blue Chinoiserie decorated platter shows the mark from that partnership. Length is 16", width is 13 1/2". Condition is very good with some staining to gadroon rim as shown and light use marks. A nice platter with historic connections.

Early, simple Salopian type pearlware jug with wonderful pastoral transfer in unusual blue-grey color. Perhaps this was a scene the decorator saw out the window as he worked.

Height is 6", width is 5 1/2". Condition is excellent with glazed over lip chip done in the making (see image).No cracks but some use discoloration to foot. Note the blue outline to the top edge of this jug.

Ridgway 'Pomerania' romantic transferware luncheon/salad plates, set of 10.

Condition is excellent on 7 of these, the other three have chips to the foot, a fine stress crack, light staining to the back and a 1.5" super tight hairline. I have shown these in the images. These show beautifully and will fill a cupboard. There are some light use marks commensurate with age.

Photos show 8 plates but there are 10 plates in all.

These are part of a large group of the Pomerania pattern that I am offering.

Width is 16", condition is excellent with a sprinkling of light use marks, no chips or cracks or staining. The pattern is very crisp and well fitted to the undulant border.

9 Pretty pink Romantic Transferware 10.25" rim soups by John Ridgway in "Pomerania" pattern.

These are in excellent condition with no chips to edges and no use marks. There are a few chips to the footrim of 3 of these.I have added 9th bowl to this group with a restored chip. Appearance is perfect.

I am offering a platter, 12 dinner plates and 10 luncheon plates in this pattern.

These make a fabulous display!
