Finely hand engraved Martin Hall silver plate basket with classical themes. The inspiration for this iconography may have been the discovery of the Alexander Sarcophagus" in Lebanon in 1887. Width is 10 3/4", height to top of bail is 8 1/2". Execution of the hand engraving is masterful with only condition issue a couple of spots to the plate in the bottom of the bowl. The finest of English silver plate. I have additional images available.
This is a wonderful early Whiting pattern. Length is 7 1/2", width of bowl 2 1/8". Condition is very good with age appropriate patina, no flaws. Lovely hand engraved decoration to the generous bowl.

A sveltly modeled Just Andersen Danish pewter tea set. Note the heart shape to the lid of the pot and the echo in the shape of the creamer. I would place this first third of mid-century with its streamlined form and graceful lines. Height of teapot is 6 5/8", width is 8". Condition is good vintage with a slight ding to teapot as shewn. Fine Danish design from a great maker.
Elegant Carltonware porcelain "Ming" vase made up as a lamp. The metalwork on this is first quality gilded bronze. Overall height is 32", height of porcelain is 13", width is 5.25". Condition is excellent with new silk cord.Turned ivory or bone finial.Lovely lapis and gold decor.
