From Wm. Ridgways "Beauties of America" series, this platter depicts the U.S. Capitol while under construction. The border is a delicate lace design. Width is 19" width is 14". Condition is very good with slight use marks and a few small specks. Clearly marked with the American eagle on the title and Ridgways Royal Warrant blind stamp.
