It was made from finest clay and formed to this unique shape. the surface moulded (or carved) and covered with iron-red glaze to resemble lacquer. Each sides of vase decorated with flowers and insects in enamel or inscription of poetries. Republic period (1911-1949), 12 cm high. Condition is good with minor wear.
The small wine ewer has elegant body and handle design, covered with yellow glaze, it features upper-glaze inscription of poetry in brown, the poetry is about two lovers sign their ages difference. 15 cm High. Changsha stoneware. Condition is good with one small chip at the edge of base.
The octagonal box was well molded to resemble lacquered basketry, on the sides of the box representing finely woven panels, on the top of lid moulded with a crane flying among cloud which is a typical theme of Taoism. Southern Song Dynasty. 12 cm wide, 7cm high. This piece was likely recovered from an underwater shipwreck site in the southern Philippines and has contributed to the glaze texture and preservation. Good condition.
Well potted Hexagonal vase with pair of Kui-dragon shaped haddles, covered with nice green crackle glaze. Kangxi period. Rare and nice. 20 cm (8 inch) high. Condition is good with tiny nick under the lip, there are three old gold repairs to the tips of the handles and on the foot which echo the old era and its genuineness.
A beautiful Yaozhou bowl with Olive green glaze, decorated with chrysanthemum flowers at interior. Date: North Song Dynasty. 17.5 cm (7 inch) diameter, 8.4 (3 1/3 inch) high. Condition: only has one tiny chip at mouth-rim (see last picture), otherwise, excellent.
The monochrome vase coved with mirror-black glaze, the mouth of the long neck is encircled with moulded lotus petals, this particular design of neck and mouth is very similar with two vases which are Yangzheng period and marked. There is blue and white mark of "Ju Shun Mei Yu Tang zhi" at base. Date: Kangxi or Yongzheng period (C.1700-1735). 18.4cm high. Condition: very good without any damage and repair. A nice and rare bowl covered with Persimmon glaze which ancient Chinese document name it as "Zi" colour. Northern Song Dynasty, Yaozhou Kiln, there is a picture (the last photo) I took in Yaozhou Kiln Museum shows a group of persimmon glazed bowls unearthed from the site. Size: 4 cm high, 15 cm diameter. Condition is good with minor wear, no damages.
A heavy potted bowl with molded flower pattern at interior side, covered with oliver-green glaze. Longquan kiln. Ming Dynasty. 17cm diameter, 7cm high. Condition is good with minor wear, no damages.
A large celadon glaze vase with unique shape, carved with bamboo, bird and flowers. Date: Late Qing or Republic period (C. 1900-1940). 28cm (11 inch) high. Condition is good, but with one manufactory fault at the base.
The plate decorated in rich and thick famille rose with birds and peony, Rim in brown glaze. DATE: Yongzheng /Early Qianlong period (1720-1740). SIZE: 21.5 cm (8 1/2 inch) in diameter. CONDITION: Very good, no damages or restorations.
