A very nice set of four pieces Chinese enamel copper dishes, made during 18th C in Canton. Decorated in rich and bright enamels with flowers, rocks and butterflies. Excellent condition with no chips, restorations but a few minor hairlines, this nice condition is uncommon for Canton enamel painting pieces of this age!
It is nicely potted teapot, decorated in famille rose with the story scene from the famous play “The Western Chamber” at both sides. Date from 19th century. 7 inch wide, 4 ¾ inch high. Condition is excellent without any damage.
The pair of rare Chinese Export Vases was finely potted with overall elegant celadon glaze, painted in rich rose medallion with beautiful birds, flower, butterflies, and antiquities, highlight in gilt. The vases are very high quality and hard to find, they represent the earlier and nice Chinese export rose medallion porcelain painted in Canton (Guangzhou city today). Date from 1810-1840. 12 inch high, 9 ½ inch wide. Excellent condition with no any damage and restoration.
Decorated in rich famille rose, the center with two cockerels perched on rockwork surrounded by peonies (means May You Have Official Rank and Honor); the wide border with rose-pink diaper and four panels with four season flowers and fruits; the well with yellow diaper and four scrollwork panels; the reverse with four Lin-zi in iron-red. Rim in brown glaze. DATE: Yongzheng /Early Qianlong period (1720-1740). SIZE: 8 ½ in diam. CONDITION: Excellent, no chips, no cracks, and no restorations.
The large and heavy punch bowl decorated overall with alternating panels of court scenes, flowers, fruits, butterfly and bird. Date from C.1880. 11 ¾ diameter, 4 ½ high. Condition is good with no damages and restorations, minor enamel wear.
This small elegant Chinese scholar’s porcelain washer covered allover with Robin’s egg glaze. Date from Daoguang period (1821-1850). 3 ½ inch (8.8cm) diameter, 2 1/8 inch (5.5cm) high. Condition is very good, without any damage, please study the pictures.
The plate nicely decorated in dark blue, with ribbed rim and moulded wall. Date from Kangxi period, Min Yao (private kiln) mark. 8 ¼ inch (21 cm) diameter. Condition is very good except a tiny chip at back rim (almost cannot see from its front), with no hairline, no restoration
