| It is rare to find old Imari stacking dishes in this condition. The measurements of this Imari are approx. 7" in diameter and 10" tall, quite an impressive size. The diameter of the bottom bowl (opening) is the smallest and it becomes slightly wider toward the top. Once you place the dishes in the right order it makes a PERFECT fit. The condition is excellent with the gilt maintaining most of it's color. The glaze has green (seiji) tint to it and little lumpy. Circa Meiji. | |
