Please note, most of the jewelry we sell is either
gently used or very, very old. To that end, some
pieces may have some minor wear. This is to be
expected, especially in those pieces that are
nearly 100 years of age! Any notable defects or dings
will be clearly noted in the item description.
Following are additional important terms/disclosures:
1. I am not a licensed gemologist nor jeweler. All
weights, measures and sizes are approximate. 2. All
statements contained in the item description as to
provenance, authorship, period, culture, source, or
origin are QUALIFIED STATEMENTS OF OPINION AND NOT
REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES. 3. For your added
convenience and shopping ease, I will accept a 50%
down payment on items over $300, with the balance due
in 30 days. Please contact me personally, prior to
confirming the sale,if you are considering this option.
3. All Sales FINAL, refunds* only if item grossly
misrepresented. Please e-mail me PRIOR to purchase
for my specific refund guidelines. 4. Tax will be
charged to customers that live in CA, unless a valid
resale # is available. 5. Clients who reside outside
of the USA must pay via WIRE TRANSFER or money order
sent overnight/priority mail as payment needs to be
received within 5 days. Registered mail required on
all International and Canadian shipments. Domestic
insurance always available on packages mailed within
the US. Please contact me for rates.
Additionally, while I adore my international clients,
due to the time it takes to transact business overseas,
there will be no refunds for any reason for items
shipped outside the USA.
