We guarantee items to be authentic, original and or as represented. If an item has been returned for refund for any reason other than quality guarantee or authenticity guarantee, there will a 20% restocking fee incurred against the total refund price of the item/shipping. All returns require prior approval by Longbrook Antiques and must be returned in the same shipping material and condition as it was sent to the buyer by Longbrook Antiques. If an item has been paid for and abandoned without submission of a legal and legitimate shipping address agreed upon by the buyer and seller at the time of purchase, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred against the total purchase price.
