| This is a MAGNIFICENT German Porcelain Figural Clock by Hamburg Amerikanische Uhrenfabrik aka Hamburg American Clock Factory circa 1892. This wonderful clock has two courting figures in full dress and surrounded by many applied flowers. The clock stands 13" tall and measures 9" across at the widest point. The Porcelain Clock face has the (HAC) Crossed Arrows Mark and the Case has a form of the Sitzendorf Blue Hash Mark underglaze underneath the body of the clock. The clock works had worked fine up until about 15 years ago when it was safely packed and put into storage. The works need to be cleaned in order to be working again. There are a few minor flakes, floral tip losses here and there, nothing major but the Womans fingers (thumb is present) on one hand have been chipped and could use being repaired. There is also a small flat chip on the bottom of the scarf but again, much of this is to be expected with a very complicated figural porcelain clock of this type. This clock has not cracks or repairs and is in overall beautiful condition. Shipping is $18.00 in the Continental U.S. plus Mandatory Insurance which will be calculated at the time of purchase. | ||
