No.1 French maker's mark on this well dressed little girl. She is 6 1/4" tall, has a wig and is fully jointed. Excellent condition. No.2 JAPAN and maker's mark on this 4 1/8" celluloid girl carrying a basket of flowers. Fine condition. No.3 Fully jointed ,dressed and maker marked JAPAN celluloid baby is 5 1/2" long. No.1 Marked "Germany" this bobbing figure depicts an elegantly dressed pig smoking a pipe standing on a ball shaped platform. It is in fine condition and measures 3 1/2". No.2 is an unmarked celluloid parrot balancing on a wire stand that's on a weighted celluloid base.It is 4 3/4" tall and has two small dents - one on each wing as though someone hugged it tightly. No.1 is a wonderful little touring auto(with passengers)rattle.Color and detail is great. Only one little damage on one tire (see photo).3 5/8" long by 1 3/4" tall. No.2 is a well dressed goose carrying a book - perfect condition. 3 3/4" tall and 2 3/4" at its widest point. No.3. is a little boy in a speed boat - one very small damage on the underside(pointy end).4 1/2" long. These three have Japanese makers' marks. No.4 is not marked, but I believe is German. ...click for details

These 6 celluloid creatures hold the place cards in a little tab on their backs. There is a rabbit, an elephant, a rooster, a pelican, a parrot and a fancy bird. Each is from 2 to 2 1/2" tall and MADE in JAPAN. They are all in good shape and in good color. They would really perk up a table setting.

This undamaged celluloid bud vase is a rare piece, of the celluloid dresser sets of the 1920's, to find. It stands 6 1/4" tall and the base is 2 1/4" wide.This cute celluloid place card depicts a kewpie (movable arms) pushing a wheelbarrow.Flower and greenery are original - faux paper foliage. The base has "Austria" pressed into the celluloid. The base is 2 1/2" x 1", has a little bit of warping (see photo) which does not affect it very much, otherwise intact. I ...click for details
