If an item is not as described, we will offer a full & total refund inc. return shipping cost.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason (we won't ask), we offer a full & total refund exc. return shipping cost.

All we ask is that you inform us via email and return the item, in the condition recieved, within 14 days of receipt.

Payment outside the UK
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (via telephone & web order form), and PayPal (no Paypal account required). We also accept cheques, bankers drafts, and wire transfer in GBP Sterling (£).

Within the UK
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (via telephone & web order form), PayPal (no Paypal account required), Cheques/Postal Orders, Direct Bank Transfer, Cash upon collection.

All prices are quoted in GBP Sterling (£). For customers wishing to pay by bank transfer in a currency other than Sterling, the exchange rate will be taken as that listed on www.xe.com at the time of the order.(Please don't hesitate to contact us, via phone or e-mail, for current exchange rates)

We cannot accept non-sterling cheques.

If paying by cheque, funds have to clear before the item is shipped.
