This is a collection of 68 original & unused chemist / apothecary paper bottle or jar labels, with the gum intact, & most probably dating to the early 20th Century.

Each label is different, & are for various tinctures, solutions, chemicals etc, with some having the chemical formula printed beneath the name - please see photographs for the names on each label.

Please Note: Although the photographs show the labels as being quite a bright White (as they would have been originally), they are actually more a dull cream colour, due to age.

Condition is fine, most of the labels have curled to some extent and, as stated, the white paper has faded, but the labels & the gum are intact & in good order.

The labels are of varying lengths, but most are approx 5/8" deep (the label 'TINCT. DIGITALIS', which is shown on the first photo, 1st row / 5th down, is also shown on the last photo next to a ruler for comparison).

Overall, a nice collection of vintage labels in good, original condition. The labels will be sent boxed to prevent crushing.
