This is an original Sylvac standing Terrier Dog No. 1121, fully backstamped & with the impressed number, & dating to around the 1940's / 50's. The Terrier is finished in a matt Green glaze with matt Brown highlights. The Terrier is marked to the underside with the printed 'SYLVAC' over a semi-circular 'ENGLAND' backstamp (the 'simple printed mark' & used from 1940 to the 1950's), & the impressed model number '1121'. Condition is Excellent, with absolutely no damage or restoration. There is very fine & light crazing (as expected & only seen under a loupe), & the printed mark is partial. The Terrier stands approx 4 7/8" high (to the top of one ear) & 6 1/2" long (from muzzle to back leg), or approx 12.4cm x 16.5cm.
