This is a Swan China miniature crested ware vase, fully backstamped, & dating to between 1900 - 1904. The front of the vase is decorated with the crest of of SWADLINCOTE. The base has the printed SWAN CHINA ENGLAND Swan & intertwined CF mark, which was used by Charles Ford (Hanley) between 1900 & 1904. Condition is fine, with no damage other than light rubbing to the gilding around the rim. The vase measures approx 2 1/8" or 5.4cm high. |
