RETURN POLICY After you receive your purchase, if you have concerns or wish to return an item, PLEASE call or send us an e-mail within the first 3 days of receipt. We will not accept returns if you do not contact us to advice your return. Items to be returned must be free of damage and returned in the original condition in which they were shipped. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. Shipping charges are not refundable. We offer a 100% money back guarantee in all our items returned for any reason within the 7 day timeframe described herein. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEM BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US. SHIPPING INSURANCE CLAIMS: Upon receipt of your purchase, please inspect the package and the item and make sure there is no damage caused during transit. In order for us to submit a claim to the insurance, all original packing materials need to be saved. Contact us immediately if your package or item shows any signs of damage due to shipping and handling. All trade shows sales are FINAL and do not qualify for any type of return. International customers must contact us for payment instructions. We also accept money orders or cashiers checks. SORRY NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
