Fine sculpture of Yakushi Nyorai Buddha ( Medicine Buddha ) depicted seated on the lotus dais and holding a medicine container in his left hand. This high quality sculpture is made by yoseki zukuri technique or joined block constraction. Crystals have been used as eye inserts .
Image is in fairly good condition with expected abrasions and losses due to considerable age of the sculpture.
Size : H. 60 cm , W. 30 cm , only the image is 25 cm tall
