| King and Queen 99cm Set late 19th. Ancient African Tribal crown and headdress. The well endowed King is carved completely from wood. The Queen is covered with Copper and Bronze, shells and thousands of hand strung beads.. This piece is high quality. the majority of the body with finely hammered and decorated brass/copper sheet (corrosion is consistent with late 19th early 20th century.) Also some areas of the arms covered with copper bands. Very nice pair. Incredible intricate bead work, fine artist and in Very Good condition.Patina: Medium Dark Brown, smooth, age appropriate to wood, and metals.
