Wonderfully antiqued French drapery tie backs. They could also be used vertically to hold a rod. On the small plate on the back is the following: RTZ 744, most probably a model number. There is possibly a maker's mark farther up but it is very undefined. I believe these to be brass with a lot of oxidation. They measure approximately 8 1/2" in length.
