American made wood document or letter box with checkerboard pattern on top and sides. Beautiful inlay work of many different woods. Velvet lined.
Age: 19th Century Measurements:14" by 9 1/4" with a height of 6" Condition: There is a lock but no key. Wear to the velvet lining. Looks to have been a shelf at one point that is no longer there. Otherwise, good aged patina to the wood. |
