These beautiful art deco cigarette holders are 2-5/8" tall and was made in the late 1930s by General Ceramics (New York) under their trade name "Carillon China." Marked with the backstamp bell logo. Beautifully hand-painted with black and green polka dots on glossy white, and the hooves in metallic gunmetal, an almost crystalline glaze. No nicks, chips, hairlines, or repairs.
