This antique sterling and micro-mosaic pin depicts a pillared building much like Parthenon on Greece’s Acropolis. Intricate design work surrounds the central mosaic. The decorative portion of the pin measures 1 3/8” by 1 1/4". Circa: 1800.

The top portion of the chatelaine features an open design with flowing floral patterns and measures 4” in height and 1 1/2" in width. Curving, rounded edges outline this antique sterling garnet pin. Trios of garnets form the penultimate ring while a circle of ten garnets surrounds the center stone. The back is stamped “935”. The pin measures 1 1/4" in diameter. Circa: 1880.

This extremely rare antique sterling silver knitter’s chatelaine is crafted in the shape of a key. A delicate floral design ornaments the key’s body while a flowing repousse pattern decorates the handle. The part of the key that would normally fit in a lock detaches from the main piece allowing the key to serve as a guard for knitting needles. The key measures 4” in length and 1 5/8” in height. Dangling from the chain the entire piece measures 3 1/2" in height. Circa: 1850.
This magnificent antique scent bottle is unusually shaped and crafted of sterling silver. The top of the bottle has a twist to lock design keeping the top securely on. The chatelaine bottle itself has wonderfully ornate detailing showing incredible craftsmanship. The bottle has a slight ding on the lower portion. The bottle measures 3 1/4" in height, 1 1/4" in width and measures 6 1/2” in length when the chain is included in the measurement. Circa: 1840.

The decorating appointments are typical for a sewing chatelaine and include items that someone who embroidered would need close at hand.
