Offered here is a wonderful pair of earrings on posts. We have a large, round lapis stone of about 15mm, from which hangs two strands of lapis, malachite and carnelian beads, terminating in carnelian leaves. From the big, round lapis stone, the earrings hang 2.25". From the top of the round lapis, they hang approximately 3". The wiring and back of the earrings appears to be copper, the post is silver, and you can see silver spread across the back where the post was applied. These ...click for details

Offered here is a small box containing miniature playing cards. The box is leather with gilt embossing on all sides. The leather is missing from the top, and partially on the back. The interior of the box is marbled paper that appears (under 20x magnification) to be hand painted, but I cannot guarantee that. The box contains two (2) decks of playing cards. Offered here is a fine little footed bowl in heavy turquoise glaze that bleeds to a luscious purple as it goes to the bottom. The circumference of the bowl is terra cotta curls and dots. Glazed interior, unglazed foot. Signed on the bottom CK, maker unknown. The bowl is 5.25" in diameter and 3.5" deep, measured from the outside and including the foot. Slightly uneven at the top, which only enhances the rustic charm.

Offered here is a stunning vase in blue crystalline glaze on a tan ground. The blue glaze is applied randomly and seems to float over the tan. The way it forms when it's fired creates almost a floral design, and the color combination is outstanding. The vase is 12.5" tall and is signed but not dated on the bottom. I am unable to make out the signature, but below the signature it is marked "crystalline pottery, Seagrove, NC" There are no flaws or damages. 21st century.

Offered here is a fine tea set in sterling silver by Durgin, circa 1900. The service consists of 10" hot water pitcher, 8" teapot, 5.5" cream jug, 6" sugar, and 4" waste bowl. The total weight of the 5 pieces is 72 troy ounces, or just under 5 pounds, not including the tray. Offered here is a very fine carved figure of a saint, possibly Italian in origin. The carving is delicately done, particularly the hands(remarkably, the hands are still attached) and the head where the carver managed a beatific expression on tiny features. The statue is really in fine condition given it's age. There is wear, but most of the enameling remains. 9.5" tall including the base.

Offered here is a vintage 8-piece French porcelain breakfast set with bright enameled flowers and butterflies on a white ground with a yellow edge. The set consists of a coffeepot, creamer and sugar bowl with a lid, cup and saucer, and a breakfast plate with a glass dome. The set bears the A. Giraud & Cie mark, which, along with the other marks, dates it to between 1967 and 1979. It is in perfect condition.
