Offered here is a fine, old ivory statue of a Japanese farmer standing nearly 8" tall. Very nice work, mellow color (more than the camera will show), some age cracks. The man is carrying a woven basket at his hip, and a peach in his left hand. Whatever he may have held in his right hand is mostly missing. There is no other damage. Meiji period, maybe earlier. Signed on the bottom of the base.

Offered here is a wonderful and lively impressionist style painting of a small church in a European village in vibrant colors. Framed size is 24" high by 27" wide. There is a monogram in the lower left corner, however I have not been able to identify the artist. 20th century.

SOLD 

Offered here is a circa 1900 enamel on metal stamp box marked CHINA. The box is decorated in raised motifs of flowers and vines and little animals. The colors are mostly that luscious turquoise or aqua blue, but also a dark blue and aubergine. The interior is completely that lovely, watery blue. The box is raised on four bracket feet, the interior is divided into two sections. It is in excellent condition. The measurements are 3" by 1.75" and the box is 1.75" high.

Offered here is a charming necklace constructed of red beads in varying sizes, the larger ones being also covered in tiny red beads. Each bead has a filigree brass cap, and each bead is separated by chain links. One large bead hangs from the center and terminates in a multi-string chain link tassel. The length is adjustable from 18" to 21".

Offered here is a beautiful armchair with wonderful original paint in a deep iron red and gilt. The chair is upholstered in a soft gold velvet, and has a down cushion. The chair is in very nice condition. There is a metal brace behind one leg, but the chair is sturdy. here we have a wonderful pair of vintage lamps with shell bases and shell finials. The column is black with brass fittings, the base is raised on four ball feet. The shades are black with gold interiors. The shells have been abundantly applied to the base and to the finial. These are not strictly "beachy". Offered here is a very large and early flow blue well and tree meat platter. Wonderful dark blue color. The registry mark dates it to 1848, and it is marked Copeland Late Spode. It is in fine condition with no cracks, chips or repairs. There is some toning in the well.

Offered here is a fine, large sterling water pitcher by Hirsch Company, made between 1920 and 1945. It weighs 27 ounces. It is a fine, simple form with a substantial handle. No monogram. The pitcher is in fine condition with light use. The pitcher is 10" to the top of the spout.

SOLD 

We love this wonderful bracelet and the way it picks up and distorts reflections! It looks different every time you wear it. The bracelet is 2" wide in the front, tapering at the ends. It has rolled edges and feels substantial but not heavy. The bracelet is about 2.5" across and can be gently squeezed for a smaller wrist. It is marked 925 and MEXICO, no assay mark. 1980? Condition is fine with light surface wear.
