Offered here is a gorgeous papier mache' letter rack painted in a floral motif with Louis style gilt flourishes. It has a wonderful shape and is in excellent condition. It measures approximately 7.5" by 7.5".

Here we have a wonderful box, hand painted in 18th century style with a Venetian scene with figures in masks, boats etc. The sides are hand painted in floral motifs. The box was made in the 20th century, probably 1940-50. It has wonderful wear. The box measures 6" by 4" by 1.75".

Offered here is a fine, small box, probably originally for cards. It has a small brass cartouche on the top that could hold a monogram if so desired. The interior is lined, the top in green velvet, the bottom in a silk type paisley print with is a later addition. The box is in excellent condition, opens and closes properly and the hinge works like it's supposed to. The box measures 4.5" by 3.25 by 1"+. Circa 1890.

Here we have one or two sterling goblets, your choice, by Watrous Mfg. Co. made in the 20th century. Each goblet is in very fine condition, sturdy and has nice weight (165g). No monograms. 6 5/8" tall. Priced individually.

This is an adorable small tri-cornered table with a cloverleaf top that I found on a recent trip. I was smitten with it's wonderful small size and interesting form. It's a sturdy little piece and could easily be used as a stool to sit on. It stands 19" high and is more or less 19" across from the widest point.

Offered here is a well painted seascape in the impressionist style. If I'm not mistaken, Hove Beach is in England near Brighton. This painting is signed on the verso, and dated 1977. I cannot make out the signature, unfortunately, but have provided a picture of it so you can have a go at it. The painting is framed beautifully and is in fine condition. The dimensions are 19.5" by 14.75". The image is 13.25" by 8.5".

Offered here is an exotic necklace comprised of six layers of tiger eye beads having a simple s-hook in the back. The ends of the necklace have exquisitely worked silver decorations that are worked on both sides. I like the idea that these beautiful pieces will be hidden, most likely, by a collar or hair...kind of like a secret, but you could also fasten some kind of pendant to the front for a spectacular display. Here we have a pair of vintage earrings having a small jade ball over a carnelian disk connected by gold (not 14K) wire. The disk is .75" in diameter and the length of the earrings are 1.5" to just below the ear wire. Simple and elegant.

John Bevis (1693-1771), Cetus Tab XXXI, from Unranographia Britannica (Atlas Celeste), circa 1786. This is a copper plate chart published by John Neale of London and issued for sale in 1786. The plate is inscribed at the bottom "To His Grace Thomas Duke of Newcastle, This Table is Most Humbly Inscrib'd".
