SOLD

Offered here is an exotic necklace comprised of six layers of tiger eye beads having a simple s-hook in the back. The ends of the necklace have exquisitely worked silver decorations that are worked on both sides. I like the idea that these beautiful pieces will be hidden, most likely, by a collar or hair...kind of like a secret, but you could also fasten some kind of pendant to the front for a spectacular display. The necklace is in excellent condition and is about 15" as measured on the ...click for details

Here we have a wonderful, early Chinese bracelet comprised of 5 panels that each have a carved piece of cinnabar set into it. Each piece of cinnabar is a different shape with a slightly different floral motif carved into it. The cinnabar is surrounded with metalwork in the form of vines and flowers that has been enameled in colors of green, blue pink and white. The bracelet dates to around 1900 to 1920. The measurements are 1.5" and 6.75" long, but the panels are curved so it is ac ...click for details

Offered here is a wonderful bracelet with 8 hand painted mother of pearl panels depicting figures in a landscape, figures on horses and exotic birds. The detail is fascinating and, I'm sure, tell a story of some kind. Each panel measures approximately 1" by .75", and is fitted into a silver metal frame that is scalloped on the back. A silver rosette operates the clasp. The bracelet is in very fine condition...there is wear to the silver of course, but basically none to the mini ...click for details

This is an earlier Mexican silver bracelet, I would guess mid century at the latest. It is the kind that is hinged in the back and clamps shut around your wrist. It is inlaid with abalone shell that is just gorgeous. There is a center band that has silver balls on either side. It has a circular mark inside that essentially says made in Mexico, and has in the center of the mark initials that I believe are GP, which would be the maker. It is not marked sterling. It is in very fine condition. ...click for details

SOLD

here we have an interesting necklace consisting of beads of some type of dark blue and blue-gray stone with three large butterscotch colored amber beads in the front. I wonder if the blue beads could be lapis, but I have not seen lapis with this much light color in it, so I really don't know. however, the combination of the blue beads and the amber is striking, as the pictures will show. The necklace is approximately 19" and has a screw type closure. It is in excellent condition.

This bracelet is surely one of the loveliest of it's type that I've seen in a long time. Very detailed and and high quality hand work is exhibited in the silver. There are Native American symbols of lightening, eagles and bear paw prints decorate the sides, along with other flourishes that are both incised and applied. The center contains a bright goldstone, encircled by a rope edge and an outer edge of tiny balls. It is in perfect condition. No makers mark, but every joined or appl ...click for details
