We love this wonderful bracelet and the way it picks up and distorts reflections! It looks different every time you wear it. The bracelet is 2" wide in the front, tapering at the ends. It has rolled edges and feels substantial but not heavy. The bracelet is about 2.5" across and can be gently squeezed for a smaller wrist. It is marked 925 and MEXICO, no assay mark. 1980? Condition is fine with light surface wear.
Offered here are a pair of sterling silver earrings that are artisan made in the form of a long curled leaf enclosing a stem with a jade bead. These are really lovely and look wonderful on. I have left them with the natural patina, but they would polish beautifully if that is what you prefer. They are for pierced ears. They hang just over 2" from where they go into the ear.
Offered here is a wonderful ring in vibrant blocks of color enamel on sterling silver. I am not certain that the ring is of the period, but it is certainly in the style of the Art Moderne movement of the early 30s. Size 5.5 and in excellent condition. It is marked inside STERLING and 925.
Offered here is a wonderful sterling silver bangle bracelet in a geometric shape. The bracelet has a clasp and hinge for easy on, easy off. No decoration whatsoever other than it's beautiful form, which is elegant simplicity itself. The bracelet has great substance and weight. It is in very fine condition with only minor surface scratches. The interior measurement is 2.25" in diameter. The bracelet is stamped Sterling and 925 and Mexico.
Here is another of two estate pieces I acquired recently that I think are just wonderful. This piece is handmade silver with semi precious stones, including amber, amethyst, turquoise, lapis and tiger eye. It is a very modernist design with great style. It is not marked with either the maker's name or the silver content, but I think there is a pretty good chance that it is sterling. This pin measures approximately 3" by 2.5". It was made in the 60s.
Here we have a wonderful, large brooch or pin, artist made in the 60's. It has a very ethnic look, rather Middle Eastern I think, but it was made by an American craftsman. It is made of silver with stones of carnelian and amethyst, and a large center piece of agate. It has a normal pin back, but I think a bale could be added so it could be worn as a pendant also. The pin is not marked as to maker or silver content, but I think there is a pretty good chance it is sterling. Unfortunately ...click for details
This gorgeous cuff bracelet is made in Mexico and signed by the maker, however I cannot make out the name. The bracelet is set with 3 big rhinestones, one in clear, one amethyst, one pale blue, set asymmetrically giving the bracelet a wonderful modernist look. The cuff is wider in the front at a little over 1.5". It tapers off as it goes around to the back where it is about 3/4". The edges are rolled. The bracelet forms a big oval "C" which is 2.5". This looks eleg ...click for details
Offered here is a bold and handsome modernist continental silver cuff bracelet. The design is segmented, with panels with circles, alternating with columns of stacked beads.
