Offered here is a large, handsome oil on canvas of a bountiful basket of flowers. It is skillfully painted and is signed Arthur Lasslow, and the date appears to be 1910. The only reference to Lasslow I have been able to find is that he may have a collector of fine art in New York. I do not find that he is a listed artist himself. He should have been. Offered here is a wonderful modern oil painting of a bulldog after Francis C. Fairman,(1836-1923 British), known for his wonderful portraits of dogs. Solid wood frame in black with gold. Outside frame measures 15 1/2 x 19 1/2, image is 12" by 16". The painting is unsigned. It is in excellent condition.

Here we have an early 19th century painting of a young child, or putti with red curls, piercing brown eyes, very much of the Italian school (although English school is written on the back).
