Offered here is a wonderful wall sconce, hand carved and gilded wood having two arms with candle cups. There is a large shell motif in the center surrounded by foliage and flowers at the top. The metal arms have vines and leaves on them. 19.5". A lovely item from Italy, 20th century.

Shown here are three English barley twist candlesticks. The two smaller ones are sold as a pair for $175.00. They are 12" high with metal bobeches. The tall one is 16" and has a metal candle cup. It is priced at $139.00. They all have great surface and patina. The 16" candlestick has old damage to the lower turning in several places but it is obviously far from recent and merely adds to the charm and authenticity of the piece. Early 20th century.
