Pair of Tall Neoclassical Buffet Lamps, Marble Bases Archives: Furnishings: Lighting: Torchiere: Pre 1980   item# 575833 (stock#1301)  click for details Sally Rude Antiques and Fine Art Gallery 850-385-3211 SOLD  This is a wonderful pair of tall buffet lamps of gilt metal with marble bases in the neoclassical style. They are 2nd half of the 20th century, but beyond that I don't know the date. They measure 37.5" in height and the base is 7.5" in diameter. There is a crack in the marble on one of the bases that is cosmetic only, and does not cause a structural problem.

Pair of Glass Torchieres, 1920-1930's Archives: Furnishings: Lighting: Torchiere: Pre 1940   item# 152991 (stock#8869)  click for details Sally Rude Antiques and Fine Art Gallery 850-385-3211 SOLD  This is a most elegant pair of lamps from early in the 20th century. They stand 22 1/2" high on a fluted glass column. 3 glass feathers fit into a small holder at the base, and are removable. A prism hangs from each feather. The glass shade is 7" in diameter. There is a small wall shelf that matches. There may have been more than one originally. Excellent condition.
