This is an early 20th century (maybe late 19th) mirror that has had numerous coats of paint, most recently black and gold. It is a fabulous mirror.

The top of the mirror is decorated with a cherub and tall baskets of flowers decorate the sides. The ground is a deep blue, actually darker than the flash photo shows. The size is approximately 47" by 30". It is in excellent condition, and dates to early 20th century.
