| Offered here are two doors carved by the Dogon from the region of Mali in Africa. 20th century. The Dogon are noted for their carvings and their architecture. The doors are completely carved from top to bottom in various motifs of animals, figures and geometrical forms. They are dazzling. These are similar but not exactly alike. One measures 67" by 31" and the larger one is 74" by 36", and the carvings vary a little on each door. Priced individually, the smaller one is $700 and the larger one is $800.
