A vintage c1930s apple juice celluloid or bakelite brooch with rhinestones. This 3-1/8 x 1-3/4" pin has a c-clasp, white stones and a central red rhinestone (replaced) inserted onto a gold-coloured layer; this lays on top of a white layer, which is on top of the transluscent apple juice bottom layer of the pin. This set, usually marked DRGM (for patent/design protection in Germany, it does not refer to a company), consists of the 2-5/8" x 1-3/8" free-swinging pendant with suspension loop and the 1-3/4" x 1/2" clip-on earrings; each piece has flashy channel and bezel set grey rhinestones in a gold-plated setting and teardrops in black glass with traces of silvery irridization.
