A vintage late Victorian graduated sterling silver solid-link watch chain and shield style watch fob c1890s. The 16-1/2" chain is a maximum 3/8" wide; the 1 x 3/4" (without loop) fob is in the shape of a fancy scrolled shield with engraving and a never-monogrammed planchet. Each link, the swivel and the t-bar are hallmarked Birmingham, England 1892-3 with an H.P maker's mark. The fob is also Birmingham, dated 1898-9 with a CES maker's mark and Rd247739 registry number. This chain weighs an impressive 54.0 grams and it would make a stylish necklace; it is in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All

This locket has deep hand egraving and tooling on the front, with rose gold bars and a flower and a green gold leaf. The back has a repeat of the fancy border and the hallmarks, with an H&B maker's mark. An attractive, well-made and nicely engraved 1-3/4" x 1-3/8" oval sterling silver photo locket c1880s. This locket has a large 9/16" long suspension loop, a Gothic design quatrefoil design on one side (the other is plain), and it has one photo retaining bezel. A beautiful sterling silver GOOD LUCK horseshoes bangle bracelet c1880s. This bracelet features two horseshoes (GOOD and LUCK) applied to a rolled hollow silver bangle, which has a pin and loop style catch. Sport jewellery of this type was very popular in the 1880-90s, but silver bracelets are fairly hard to run across. It is unmarked and tests as silver; it weighs 11.8 grams and it is in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a bit of scratching to the clasp loop and a bit of separation at the seam of the unsoldered rolled silver tube (minor). A nicely designed late Victorian 1-1/2" sterling silver coin holder, fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1890-1. This holder has two inner pinions, which would have mounted a bezel-set coin, which could be rotated around the axis. This pin has a loop for a safety pin and chain (not present) and it has a somewhat obscured maker's mark.
