A nicely designed late Victorian period 1-1/2" across sterling silver pin - we have been informed it was used to hold a bezel set coin, which would swivel on the pinions located at the east and west position of the pin. It is fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1890-1. it is possible it could be used to hols any bezel set item , cuch as a hair locket, as there were large Victorian gold exaples of them, but this was apparently made for a coin. This pin has a loop so you can add a safety chain, and it has a somewhat obscured maker's mark. It has the original c-clasp, it weighs 4.4 grams, and it is in very good original condition with no scrapes, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some crushing or denting to half of the outer silver beads - see picture. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use.
Small packet surface shipping to the U.S. is $6.95 (other spots may vary) - insurance included to $95. Items paid with a credit card will be shipped to confirmed addresses only. We do ship internationally. All of our prices are in $US.

A great find. This is a scarce matching pair of high quality 19th century English sterling link bracelets, both with matching British registry marks and dated 1881. They measure 6-3/4" long and 1" wide; both have safety chains ans snap catches. They have thick hollow tubes linking two outer bands of oval links with fine engraving, and a central smooth row of links. This pair is in very good original condition with no scrapes, monograms, bends, corrosion or losses. Each bracelet has some very minor shallow denting on some links and some minor denting to a few of the tubes on the outer edges; one has a professionally repaired clasp and both have had a few hollow tubes soldered to the next links for stability (not affecting the wearing of the bracelets). Shipping is insured post. We do ship internationally. All of our prices are in $US. PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT accept Paypal.
