A vintage Shawnee Granny Ann figural teapot with the purple (or mauve) and green colours and floral decals, most unusually it is also gilt trimmed, which you don't often see on these teapots. This 8-3/4" high teapot has decal flowers on the dress, and is gilt on the on thecap, buttons, dress, spout and handle and Granny's cane is gold also. It is marked PATENTED GRANNY ANN USA on the bottom, and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, losses, damage or repairs other than some slight gold wear to the handle and a very slight touch of wear to the gold on the spout. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use. A small grouping of four pieces of Frankoma pottery, each with the green and brown Prairie Green glaze. This group consists of a 6-5/8" tall water pitcher (831 pattern, red clay), a 5-3/8" cruet or small pitcher (838 pattern, red clay), and a pair of 4-1/2 x 2-7/8" candleholders (pattern 310, Ada clay). The candlesticks are of Ada clay (1933-1954) and the ewers are of the later terra cotta red Sapulpa clay. These pieces are in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs. Not the same as the Cherry pattern, this bowl has a yellow colourway and a bunch of pink and yellow plus purple cherries on a branch; it has an impressed 2109/2 pattern number. An attractive, colourful vintage 1950s German art pottery 6-3/4" x 5" biscuit jar. This drip glazed pottery biscuit caddy features a brown ground with bright splashes of colour as well as a finely detailed handle. It retains some of its original tag ("(ker)AMIK HANDA(?)" (probably handarbeit, which is German for hand made), and it is incised 11 with an inked K on the bottom. This item is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs other than some crazing visible on the lid interior and bottom only and some stained crazing on the bottom of the interior, which was probably used as a potpourri container. A scarce Arts and Crafts American art pottery coffee pot by Clifton Art Pottery of New Jersey. This 6-7/8" tall coffee pot is in the lovely "Crystal Patina" glaze and it dates to the 1902-6 period. It has the stamped Clifton mark and an underglaze 272-30; it is in very good original condition with no chips, crazing, damage or repairs other than the loss of the lid and a tight hairline on the bottom only (not showing on the interior at all).
