A scarce 4-7/8" high and 8" across the handle and lip English pottery large jug in the Desert Scenes D3192 pattern, issued by Royal Doulton from 1909-26. This jug features colourful handpainted scenes of Arabian desert dwellers, their camels, and some palm trees. It is marked with the Doulton backstamp and the number 8, and this jug is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs other than some overall crazing and some slight browning on the interior only. Please note that there is a miss to the green paint under the glaze below the palm trees (original). All

This is a 6-1/8" across English bone china plate in the Royal Crown Derby 2451 Old Imari pattern in a vintage Art Nouveau sterling two-handled mount by Ellis Brothers. The plate has the RCD red mark and an underglaze DERBY 8-14 (for 1914) and the mount is stamped STERLING with the (P.W.) Ellis mark (who were taken over by Birks in the late 1920s). This bonbon or candy basket is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. An attractive piece for your table or sideboard. An unusual 1930s English pottery tea serving set made by Kensington Pottery. This attractive set consists of the 7-1/2" across the spout and handle and 5" tall (with lid) teapot, the matching and narrow hot water pot, and the 9-3/8" x 3-1/4" handled serving tray. The matte glaze is mottled in a nice seafoam blue/green, and this desirable set is in excellent original condition with no chips, losses, damage or repairs other than a 3/8" tight hairline crack at the rim of the water pot, some overall crazing on all pieces and interior-only staining in the teapot and water pot. This plate depicts the scene called "Room for One" (D2406); it has the black Doulton mark, a letter E below the pattern number and an underglaze 11-06 (or08) (for 1906 or 1908). A decorative Royal Doulton seriesware 10-3/8" display plate with an heraldic motif, in the pattern number D3444. This plate features a green acanthus border with repeating turrets and scroll sections and a central crest with a lion and the legend BREAD AS PLEASURE DRINK BY MEASURE. It may be from their heraldic series (we're not sure and any help with identification would be appreciated), and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs other than some overall crazing (a few stained craze lines on the front) and a later attached and painted hook for hanging on a wall (there is a light flare on the first picture).
