A vintage cast metal 8-1/4" x 5-3/8" match holder of a Dutch girl holding two buckets c1900. This kitchen accessory consists of two cast pieces joined with a screw, and it has the original copper patina over the metal. It has TV on each bucket and 2042 mold numbers on the back. We aren't sure what the TV refers to or how this item is affixed to a wall. It may refer to a stove firm - these items were often provided as a premium to stove purchasers, but stoves were not the only premiums of this type. This item is in excellent original condition with no cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use.
