| An early and hard to find silver ring by William Spratling. It has the WS print mark signature which was in use from 1931-1938 or 1939 (our thanks to the Phyllis Goddard Mexican silver site), and stylistically, it would match well with the River of Life bracelet. It is a well made ring and it is very high grade silver (tests higher than sterling grade, most likely .980 grade, which Spratling popularized the use of) although it does not have a silver mark (we did test it). It is very comfortable on, fitting a size 7, and has a lovely soft silver patina. Unfortunately, it has a shallow dent on the ball/front of the ring, as you hopefully can see in the picture - it is far more noticeable in the picture than in real life (and can be restored by a professional). Other than that, it is in excellent original condition. A real find for a Spratling collector! Surface shipping is $6 (to the US - other spots may vary) - insured is higher. We do ship internationally. All of our prices are in $USD. | ||||||||
