| A splendid set of six mother-of-pearl vest buttons with brass mounting loops in their original box c1890s. This set consists of six 1/2" buttons with inlaid silver trim in the mother of pearl, along with six brass backing loops. The red paper-wrapped fitted box has silk and velvet lining, the mother of pearl is flashy and colourful, and this unsigned set is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some very slight rubbing on the box. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping to the continental U.S. is $6 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card.
