| A well-made and attractive sterling silver handled cake basket c1915-20, made by Roden Brothers (bought out by Birks, Canada in the 1920s). This 9-3/4" diameter basket stands 7-3/4" high to the top of the handle; it has an openwork handle and rim with nice hand engraving. It is unmonogrammed, it weighs 15.45 ounces, it is stamped with the Roden mark and 925 STERLING, and it is in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping to the continental U.S. starts at $12 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card.
