An elegant retro period ruby and diamonds ring in 14k white gold c1940s. This size 6-1/4 ring features a central 42 point natural oval ruby of medium dark purplish red colour with light inclusions, surrounded by two brilliant and 24 single cut diamonds (total 26 points, SI, G-H colour). This ring measures 13/16" x 1/2" across the top, it is stamped TJF (mark worn), and it weighs 4.1 grams. It has a recent conservative independent gemological appraisal for $1500 (Canadian), and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. We have a difficult time accurately capturing reds with our camera, so please note that the ruby is somewhat more ruby red than pink, and the diamonds are clear white with no yellowing. All

An Art Deco period vintage 14k and 18k yellow and white gold and diamonds ring c1930s. This size 6 ring features a central brilliant cut 9-10 pt. diamond (by gauge) with two - 2 point each brilliant flanking diamonds. This ring measures 7/16 x 1/4" across the diamonds, it weighs 1.5 grams, and it is stamped 14K - 18K with an obscured maker's mark (the ring has been sized at some point in the past). The claws are all present and appear to be in excellent shape.
