This is a ROYAL WINTON Staffordshire Sugar and Creamer from England. The Sugar cup measures about 2 3/4" X 2 3/4" X 2 1/4" ( 7.0 cm X 7.0 cm X 5.7 cm ). The Creamer measures about 4 3/4" X 2 7/8" X 2 1/2" ( 12.1 cm X 7.3 cm X 6.4 cm ). Both, the Sugar and Creamer on one side read: The Skimobile North Conway, NH. At the bottom, both read: Staffordshire, Made in England, Jonroth England, Royal Winton.
