Very large incredibly detailed Victorian ivory carving of a putti or cherub. The carving is of the face and wings. The hair looks like roses. The carving measures an unbelievable 2" W X 1 1/2" L not including the beautifully carved bale X 7/8"H. It is attached to an ivory ring which is 1 3/8" in diameter. The piece weighs 25.3 grams. Suitable for wearing on any chain on velvet on a piece of leather or for displaying. Excellent condition. Absolutely breathtaking.
