This is a nice large 26 1/2 inches tall original bronze of Diana De Gables the Goddess of Fertility.It was cast by the Barbedienne foundry in Paris around 1870 to the 1880's.She has a rich dark brown patina with no scratches or dings. There is one small spot on the edge of the base.This is the nice large size casting and is quite heavy at 37 lbs.This is a old original casting and not a modern repro!

This is a nice large size 20 inches tall by 14 inches wide bronze bust of Shakespeare by the listed Austrian sculptor Hans Muller.The bust has a rich dark chocolate patina and is mounted on a pretty red stone base.This would make a great addition to your library!

This is a original Chromolithograph print titled The Finish Off Staten Island by Frederic S. Cozzens.It was printed in 1884 by Armstrong&co for Charles Scribner's and sons.The work was titled American Yachts Their Clubs and Races. The size is 14 by 20 1/2 and it is on its original backing board+ we have the original separate title plate.This plate is in excellent condition.

This is a original Chromolithograph print titled A Misty Morning Drifting by Frederic S Cozzens published in 1884 by Charles Scribner.It is mounted on the original card stock and we also have the separate title plate for it.The image is 14 by 20 1/2. In very nice condition with only a couple of small spots in the sky. The original portfolio was titled American Yachts Their Clubs and Races and was published in 1884. One of several plates we have from this series.

This is a nice original 1851 engraving titled Mexican News by Richard Caton Woodville.It was done for the Art Union Lottery which put out a engraving yearly during its existence.The image is 18 1/4 by 20 1/2 + large margins. We have it matted to 23 by 26 inches.The image is in very nice clean condition. The only flaw is a small wrinkle in the paper near the M in the lower border.This seems to have been done in the original printing of the engraving.A hard to find print and even harder to find in ...click for details

This is a wonderful large 26inches tall bronze by the well listed French sculptor Ernest Rancoulet. It is titled Repousser De La Renaissance and it is a figure of a Renaissance armourer at work.This is pictured in Berman's books on bronze sculpture.He also made a small version of this man as a silversmith.Little seems to be known about Rancoulet other than he was from Bordeaux. This is a set of 3 hand hammered vases designed and made by Laurits Christian Eichner 1894-1967.He was a high end craftsman who worked in Silver Pewter Brass and other mediums.He was born in Denmark and lived in New Jersey. This is a rare original large 39 1/2 by 24 1/4 inch travel poster put out for the soon to be canceled Olympic games that were to have been held in Helsinki Finland.The artist was Jorma Suhonen and it was published by Suomen Matkat for the Finnish railways.I will rate it a A- with a couple of minor wrinkles in center near the bottom a little side wrinkling on the bottom left edge and a paper crease on the bottom left corner. This is a large 39 1/2 by 24 1/4 inch travel poster for Air France.I will rate it B+ with one small tear into the bottom edge center about 1/2 inch into the color and a little minor wrinkling on the left top side.I think this is from the early 50's. it says Printed in France 342-c6-af. The printer is P. Chanove courbevoie.We have not seen a copy of this unusual poster before.

This is a nice artist signed poster for travel in Mexico.I can not make out the signature.The poster is 26 1/2 by 36 1/2. I will rate it B condition with some wrinkles from being rolled, a small tear into the top of the image about 1 inch, one tape stain and a few light other stains in the margins,and a small crease in the top right corner.
